More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the current congressional release.
